I stayed a couple of weeks at Mom's in July - to see how she is doing. We're in the process of getting her some at-home care. Melissa was coming to town just for July 26 for her 10 year high school reunion at John Adams. It worked out perfect that she had a conference in Chicago Wed.-Sat. so Jack drove down from Wisconsin, picked her up and they rode together to South Bend. He spent Saturday at Dave & Kathy's so the guys could golf on Sunday, and Mel and I stayed at Mom's - and of course Mel was gone most of the time for a fun time of seeing old friends and dancing till about 3 in the morning (man, I can remember being young once upon a time and doing that kind of stuff too!)It was sooo great to see her. We had lunch together with the family at TGIF then.
