Jack and I did a 12-week program, working out for an hour, three times a week, in a "Before and After" program here in town. It was great! After 12 weeks, I was down 20 lbs., and Jack 28 lbs. Of course, we were counting (and recording) calories too, and really changing our eating habits. The workouts were hard - and sometimes just about impossible, but we both did things we never thought we'd be able to do and we could tell by the end that we were getting stronger. Now we're keeping it up on our own, going to the Athletic club 6 days a week, and we challenge each other on the treadmill and with weights. Of course, we both still have a long way to go. Jack wishes his belly was gone, and I naturally wish the hips and thighs were gone. But we're off to a good start, and plan to continue going!
